Natural Variation

Antlers are natural products. Shape, color, texture, density, thickness, weight, and dimensions vary from one chew to another. Product measurements and photographs are representative and approximate. The product received will not be identical to another chew or to the product shown in a photograph.

Natural variation is not considered a product defect.

Choosing a Chew

Select a chew that is appropriate for your dog’s size, chewing style, age, dental condition, and experience with hard chews. A dog should not be able to swallow the chew or fit the entire chew inside its mouth.

Supervision and Inspection

Always supervise your dog while using an antler chew.

Inspect the chew before and during each use. Stop use and discard the chew if it becomes excessively worn, cracked, splintered, develops concerning edges or loose pieces, or becomes small enough to create a swallowing or choking risk.

Remove the chew if your dog attempts to swallow large pieces or uses it in an unsafe manner.

Dental Considerations

Antlers are naturally hard and may not be appropriate for every dog. Hard chews can present a risk of tooth damage, particularly for dogs with dental concerns, aggressive chewing habits, or existing tooth damage.

Consult your veterinarian before offering an antler chew if you are uncertain whether it is appropriate for your dog.

Every dog chews differently. We do not guarantee how long a chew will last, that every dog will accept or enjoy the product, or that a product will produce a particular health, behavioral, or dental result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glacier Lake Chews is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage resulting from misuse, failure to supervise, selection of an inappropriate product, continued use of a worn or damaged product, or use contrary to provided instructions.
