Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order has been prepared for shipment.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping within the contiguous United States is $4.95. Orders with a qualifying merchandise subtotal of $75 or more receive free standard shipping. Eligibility is calculated after discounts and before taxes.

Delivery estimates

Standard delivery generally takes 3–5 business days after the carrier receives the package. Processing and delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather, carrier delays, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping area

Glacier Lake Chews currently ships within the contiguous United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international destinations is not currently available.

Shipping carrier

Orders generally ship through USPS Ground Advantage. Carrier and service may vary when necessary based on the order or destination.

Tracking

Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update the tracking information.

Shipping addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@glacierlakechews.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order begins processing.

Delayed, missing, or damaged orders
